First let's fill up our ice cube tray with our liquid, in this case I am using orange juice, 90 percent of the time making these as kids we used orange juice, a big favorite of ours.

Wrap, Stick, Freeze

Next we take a piece of plastic wrap and cover the ice cube tray tightly. Aluminum foil will probably work fine too. I just always use plastic wrap. Then take your toothpicks and poke them through the plastic wrap and push them to the bottom of each individual cube. The plastic wrap helps keep the toothpick in place. If your toothpicks happen to be super long, just break them in half, like I did. Now once you are done, put them in the freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours, overnight is better.

Remove, Twist, Serve

After they have frozen, we remove the plastic wrap, then twist the ice cube tray to loosen up the little popsicles, then remove them. Now enjoy!
