When making crepes you can decide what works best for you whether it’s using a hand mixer, blender, or whisk.

Place flour into a big bowl (options to mix: whisk, blender, hand mixer)

Add dry ingredients (salt, sugar)

Mix until well all ingredients are blended together

Then, mix in milk, vanilla, and eggs, mix well until no lumps

After everything is mixed slowly add in the butter

Mix until no lumps are present

Ready!

After the batter is ready set aside and get the pan ready!

Place a medium sized pan onto the stove and place the heat to a medium

Add the butter or spray olive oil directly onto pan and wait for the pan to heat for 5 minutes

Once pan is heated turn heat up more to a medium-high and get batter ready!

Set Go!

Use ladle or tool that is easier for you to transfer a thin layer of batter onto the pan

Place the batter in the middle of the pan and once the batter has been placed, tilt the pan into a circular motion so that the batter can evenly be dispersed onto the pan

Let it cook for about 1 minute and then use your spatula or tell that works easier for you to flip!

Once you flip the crepe let it cook for around 40 seconds and flip it one last time and let it cook for 20 seconds! In case it is still not done let it cook for a couple more seconds until golden brown spots appear.

Once that is done place them onto a plate and repeat the process until all the batter runs out

Top and Enjoy!

Now that cooking them is done it’s time for the best part, topping and serving!

The toppings is entirely up to you, but for chocolate and strawberry crepes, all you need is Nutella and strawberries!

You can spread the crepe open and then place Nutella in the middle and evenly spread it out

Once that is complete you can add strawberries, bananas, or whipped cream. However, I went the simple route and just added Nutella and strawberries.

Once you’ve added what you want inside go ahead and fold your crepe however you would like. I folded my crepe over once, but some people may enjoy folding the crepe over into a triangle. Once it is folded you can add more toppings on top! I decided to go simple and top it with powdered sugar. You also have the option to not add anything and enjoy as is.

After all of this is done you can go ahead and serve and enjoy! Now that you’ve learned how to make yummy crepes you can enjoy them at any time!
