My Wife and I love these and I wanted to post her recipe because it’s just so simple and easy to make.

Closing Words

I asked her to make mine a little well done, as I like the flavor and the color but the pictures do not do it justice. This is one tasty treat and I don’t even have Celiac disease or even a gluten allergy. My wife does though and she likes people to know that if you don’t have to eat gluten free you really shouldn't, because over an extended period of time you could lose your ability to eat gluten. But also that if you have to eat gluten free you can still do it without sacrificing too much taste. So we decided to post some of our simple, healthy, and cost effective meals.

Enjoy!
