Easy Fluffy Mug Cake

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 drop vanilla extract
- 10 semisweet chocolate chips

Mixing Dry Ingredients
First, in a regular size coffee cup add your flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and sugar. Make sure you mix very thoroughly to make sure all of the dry ingredients are incorporated properly. Optionally, you can add a little bit of espresso powder to bring out the flavour of the chocolate.
Mixing in Wet Ingredient
Then, add wet ingredients, add the vanilla, milk, and canola oil in the coffee cup. Mix together until a glossy finish. Make sure you get all of the dry pieces of flour incorporated in the oil mixture. Now add a sprinkle of chocolate chis.
Cooking Our Mug Cake to Perfection
This is the best part, Make sure everything is incorporated properly and put your mug in the microwave for 45 seconds. Make sure to wait five minutes to let the cake cool down and finish cooking. If you don’t wait for the cake will be uncooked in the centre and very very hot, that’s why you have to let it cool down. Now you have the best mug cake that you can ever eat.
