Easy Flourless Carob Cake

This is a Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar free Cake

My Family has lots of Allergies so this was a welcome dessert for them. It is an easy treat to make If you want something yummy and you are on a diet. This is something made for you.

Paleo, Gluten free, and Dairy free.

Even if you aren't on a diet and you want something to eat this is really good.

Mixer, bowl, Spatula, 24 inch circle pan, Measuring cups, Fork,

Ingredients and How to Making It

Instructions:

First take your pan and coat with Butter (I used Coconut oil) Then take your Carob powder and a spread over top of oil and then shake off loose powder.

Separate egg whites Using a mixer beat the egg whites till soft white peaks form.

Mix in separate bowl Almond flour and all of the other ingredients, when done mixing add 1/3 of the egg whites and mix in and fold in the rest. Put batter into Prepared Pan Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40 minutes ( I used a convection oven so it cooked faster so keep an eye out for your cake so it doesn't burn)

When knife comes out clean your cake It is done.

2 tablespoons Carob (If you want to use plain Cocoa that would work as well)

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter ( I used Coconut Oil)

1/2 cup Honey

1 cup Ground Almond Flour

4 eggs (Separated)

1 teaspoon Vannilla Extract

Bake at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 40

Whipped cream, and sprinkles are optional and the cake is good with or without them.
