Easy Dessert Pizza

In this instructable I will show you how to make a Dessert Pizza. Mmm pizza. This dessert pizza recipe is really easy to make, using very few ingredients, and takes a classic sugar cookie and a classic food, pizza, and combines them into one amazing treat! Ingredients:

• 1 package of sugar cookie dough, or use homemade. (check my link further down for homemade sugar cookie dough)
• 8 ounces of softened cream cheese (226g)
• 1/2 cup white granulated sugar (112g)
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract (5mL)
• strawberries blueberries kiwi (any other fruit you want to put on, blackberries, raspberries, mango, etc.)

Tools:

• 12 inch pizza pan
• large bowl
• hand mixer

First let's preheat the oven to 325 F. (162C) Now lets take our store bought or homemade sugar cookie dough and spread it out on our 12 inch pizza pan, which you will want to spray with cooking spray. Then bake it for 10 to 15 minutes until nice and golden brown. Then set it aside to cool. Want a cool recipe for homemade sugar cookie dough? Now let's make our cream cheese frosting. It is super easy, just mix your cream cheese with your hand or stand mixer, then add the sugar and vanilla extract, mix again until nice and smooth, scraping the sides as necessary. :)

Now we just spread out the cream cheese frosting on our giant cookie, then place down our favorite fruits for the toppings. Serve up yourself a slice! :)
