Easy Delicious Guacamole!
This guacamole is very simple, and way better than most I have had.
Ingredients you need:
Avocados (I'm using one)
Tomatoes (I'm using half)
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cayenne pepper
Salt
Lemon (Juice from bottle or fresh doesn't matter)

Cut Avocado
Cut your avocado in half. (Long ways)
The easiest way to remove the pit is to hit it with your knife then twist out.
Now slice your avocado in both directions. (This allows for easier mashing later)
Use a spoon to scoop out your avocado into a bowl.

Dice Up Tomatoes
This is pretty self explanatory, dice tomatoes. Then add tomatoes to your bowl.
Mashing & Seasoning
Mash up your avocados and tomatoes with a fork. (Mashing goes easier if you use the side of the bowl)
I don't measure my spices, but it's about 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. (Taste and adjust how you want)
Squeeze in some lemon juice. (If you are using lemon juice from a bottle, a cap full is enough)
The lemon juice will add flavor and help keep your guacamole from turning brown.
Next stir everything together.

All Finished!
Your guacamole is done! No frills like corn or beans, just simple easy and delicious flavors.
