Here's a healthy, delicious snack that does not take a lot of time to fix.  Edamame, green soybeans, are in their pods. You can buy them frozen or if you are lucky get them fresh out of your garden. By adding seasonings, you can make this so tasty. Everyone will love it.

Add some tamari and a few dashes of toasted sesame oil.

Toss and Serve

Toss pods around so the sesame oil and tamari nicely coat them.
Serve and enjoy!

If you have never eaten soybeans before, with your fingers, take the pod and pop the beans into your mouth.  Don't eat the pod, pitch it.  They are fun to eat!

(*note* traditionally, they are boiled in salt water, but other seasonings can make your snack more interesting - just experiment and add flavorings you like.)
