Alright, so I know what you are probably thinking at the moment; wow that seems like a lot of desserts mixed into one, and you’d be right! I mean who—in their right mind—doesn’t love brownies, cheesecake and ice-cream? Well this recipe is for all you people that love these desserts separately and want to indulge in this rich, creamy and sweet combination. Trust me, this will be an easy game changing dessert for a group that can’t agree on a dessert they want to buy.

Things to Note:
It normally would be best to have an ice cream maker but I’m sure some of you guys that want to try this don’t have one, so don’t fret! Instead you can put it in the freezer to set up the ice-cream and that is the way that I will teach you to make it. You put the dry brownie mix in the oven to kill any germs that are in the ingredients—since we aren’t baking the batter.

Credit to Tasty.co, I got my ice cream base from them, and added on to it.

Supplies

½ cup brownie mix

2 cups heavy whipping cream

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, (about 1 ⅔ cup)

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

½ cup melted chocolate, (optional)

Sanitize Your Brownie Mix

Set your oven to 350° F (177° C) and once the oven preheats, put the box of dry brownie mix in the oven for 10 minutes; this kills all of those nasty germs that might be on the mix.

Make a Mix

In a bowl add heavy whipping cream and sweet condensed milk and stir the concoction.

Whip the Cream

a large bowl—or Kitchen Aid mixer—add the cream cheese and whip until smooth next, slowly incorporate cream and condensed milk mixture; whip until it forms stiff peaks, or in other words until it resembles the consistency of the shaving cream that I'm sure most of you have played in at some point of your lives.

Add the Rest of the Goodies

Once you get the cream whipped, add the brownie mix and chocolate—if you want, but who wouldn't—to the bowl and use your electric mixer to mix all the ingredients.

Transfer to Freezer

When all the ingredients are mixed up, transfer to a deep container and set in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours, or until frozen.

Enjoy!

Once frozen, scoop and enjoy the delicious treat that only took about 4 and a half hours to complete— I said that it would be easy, not quick ;)
