Easy Cheese and Bacon Egg Pie
I like quiche (egg pie), and since I have been blowing a lot of eggs, out of their shells, for other projects, I have a lot of eggs to be used in yummy dishes like quiche. So here is how to make a simple, yet delicious Cheese and Bacon quiche.
Supplies:
1 deep dish pie shell- uncooked (buy or make your own)
1 cup half and half (half milk and half cream)
4 eggs, mixed lightly
5 oz. grated cheese (of your choice)
3 oz. grated parmesan cheese
3 oz. bacon bits
½ chopped onion (for those who love onions, I will leave it out because of my Hubby’s allergies)
1 Tbs. flour
