Easy (Cheap) Photo Enlargements

IMG_1067.JPG
Photo enlargements done professionally look great, but can be VERY expensive. Not to worry; theres an extremely cheap alternative.

Take any and all of your photos and enlarge them for only the cost of printer paper.

Step One: Gather Materials

Printer
Paper
Digital image
Internet access

Digital cameras take great pictures for this instructable. However, you arent limited to only digital camera images. If you have a scanner, or just find a picture on the web, the possibilities are endless.

Step Two: Upload Images, Download File

Once you have the image youd like to enlarge, go to http://www.blockposters.com/

The program is FREE to use, but please note that the maximum file size you can upload is 1mb.

After uploading the image, select the size you want to enlarge it to. Sizes are based upon how many pieces of printer paper you want to enlarge the single image onto.

The online program will automatically create a downloadable pdf. file.

Download the file

Step Three: Print Your Enlarged Photo

The pdf. file youve downloaded has automatically turned the image youve uploaded into an enlarged image, each page (when put together) create the enlarged image. The pdf. is designed to be printed on regular printer paper.

Layout the pages, put them on a wall, (maybe print iron-ons for t-shirts to wear in a stadium&) Enjoy!
