Easy Buffalo Meatballs
Why save buffalo sauce for chicken! Here’s a quick way to make buffalo meatballs.
Supplies
Serving of frozen meatballs (I use turkey meatballs. Once in a sauce they taste like regular meatballs to me - and I have tricked others). Regular “meat” balls work too. My bag is six per serving.
A bottle of buffalo sauce (any kind - no endorsement here unless they send me $$)
Red pepper flakes
Favorite hot sauce
Butter (one tablespoon)
Bowl, fork

Bowl, fork
Add Meatballs to Bowl
Add Rest of Ingredients
Put enough buffalo sauce to coat meatballs and stir with fork. Note - more is fine but enough to coat.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes to taste. Put a dash or two (or three, four) of hot sauce to each meatball. Add butter to dish.

To the Microwave!
Put in microwave and nuke the meatballs per the bag directions (my bag said one minute). Remove from the microwave and use the fork to split in half (this gets more surface coating for the sauce). Return to the microwave and nuke for 30 seconds to one minute (depending on size and desired temperature).
Enjoy!
Serving suggestions:
- right out of the bowl as is
- on a roll (notice this is a roll from a big chain steakhouse. I always save the roll for a future meal). I sprinkle garlic powder on the sandwich and garlic powder would work too at the beginning). Dipping the sandwich in the excess sauce is a plus!
- dipped in your favorite dressing (ranch or blue cheese.
