Easy Apple Crisp Recipe

This apple crisp is delicious and super easy to make! The recipe starts with a layer of cinnamon-sugary apple slices, with a generous topping of oatmeal crumble on top.
Supplies
10 cups apple slices
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup water
Crumble Topping
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup oats, quick-cooking or old-fashioned
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup salted butter, melted

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray. Peel, core, and slice enough apples to make 10 cups of apple slices. Place the apple slices in the pan and sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a small bowl, combine the sugar, flour, and cinnamon.Sprinkle this mixture over the apple slices and drizzle with water.
