Stuff You Need
Scissors
An empty paper role
And a ballon
Cuting the Ballon
Cut the head of the ballon that way it fits on the paper role
Connecting
Put the ballon nicely on the middle of the paper role and that's it :-)
You can make more then one in different colors.
Pleas don't use this for bad intends
