Easy 15-min Ranch Chicken and Vegetable Skillet

here is a quick and easy way to make a healthy great tasting meal!

Add the olive oil and chicken and cook for around 3 to 5 minutes over medium-high heat, rotating intermittently so that both sides cook equally. Always remember to consistently be rotating the skillet to cook all parts of the skillet. Depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts and piece sizes, cooking time can vary. Approximately 70% of chicken should be cooked through.

Sprinkle half the packet of ranch seasoning mix over the chicken. (seasoning)

Add the broccoli, zucchini, and evenly sprinkle with the remainder of the ranch seasoning mix.
