I Live in India so we have different sockets for 5 A and 15 A power plugs.

I searched on Google for the distance between socket holes. this standards are different as per country norms. In india 5A power plug had  3 holes and in 15 A there are 5 holes.

Start design in fusion360 or Use Tinkercad.

I use Fusion360 for design.

1> start sketching on the XY plane.

2> draw circles as per reference images.2 The lower circle has a diameter of 5.1 mm and upper circle diameter is 7.1 mm.

3> draw triangular base and use fillet 5mm.

4>extrude all component to -3mm

5> extrude 3 circles to 12 mm.

6> use a fillet 1.5 mm to the end of the circle column.

7> (Optional) make handle for easy use of Plug .

Export all files in .STL format.

I use Cura for Slicing for my Creality Ender-3 3d printer.

Use the below parameter for good print.

Layer height: 0.2mm

Nozzle size : 0.4 mm

Wall thickness: 2

Infill : 20%

Top/Bottom Layer: 4

Adhesive layer : brim

Support: no

Start 3d print with your printer and appropriate settings.

It's a 40 minutes print.

3d Print Part & Check Usability

After 3d print no need for post processing.

If you print the handle for the plug you need to stick that handle on the plug with adhesive.

After that our plug is ready to use.

Check usability to place that plug in the wall socket.

Leave it there while you are not using that socket.

This will protect children from accidentally soaked from sockets.

It is also good for bathroom use to prevent accidently water flow inside the socket.

Have fun with the project.
