EGG BUNDLES

I recently learned a new way to cook an egg, I submited this method to my kids and they liked it...

it is simple, efficient, funny and delicious.

the result is a poached egg with ingredients inside.....

also, you can improvise your own recipes and even improve your skill to serve perfectly cooked soft boiled eggs with a surprise.

first, I would like to apologise for the poor quality of my pictures, but taking photographs of food is a bit tricky and my eggs do not look like as appetising  as they really do.....

try it by yourself, it' sfunny and delicious!!!!!

Ingredients

-an egg
-an empty cup
-clear plastic wrap
-a bit of oil
-salt, pepper, spices
-ham (you can add everything, mushrooms, dices of cheese, capers, shrimps,.....)
-string, clamp, cloth pin, anything that can close the bag.

Play!

first, you will have to spread a few drops of oil on the plastic wrap (did it with my finger, if you have a brush dedicated to this in your kitchen, use it...)

cut the ham into tiny bits (you can add cheese, mushrooms or whatever you can gather around the kitchen)

then set the plastic wrap over the empty cup and put the ingredients inside. The oil with prevent it from getting stuck to the plastic and will make the whole stuff much easier to unpack.

then break your egg inside with salt, pepper, spices, herbs, try!!!

Close the Bundle and Make It Boil

I tried string, knots, zip ties and clamps.

to me, clamps are the most convenient way to close it because they are reusable and fast to put on with one hand.

if you wish to realise bigger bundles, you should consider using zipties......pretty efficient.

try to make it boil for 3 to 4 minutes, in order to keep the center soft and delicious..............

ALLELIUA!!!
