E-waste Circular Bluethoot Speaker for Fertilize Your Plants

Who doesn't want a Bluethoot speaker that smells good and is planet-friendly?

This is a simple guide to make your old bluethoot speaker useful by trasforming it into a pillar of fertilizing compost for your plants. Once the speaker is out of use you can use its cover for plant fertilizer and sticks to help plants grow.

Material required:

• speaker circuit components
• pieces of wood to make a box
• a slightly larger box made of waste plastic to make the mould
• chopsticks for sushi not used
• cornstarch 40g
• blend of tea 100g
• waste of coffee 100g
• water 400ml

Create a simple wooden box, possibly using joints or natural glues to assemble it. You can also use an old wooden box that you no longer use.

On the sides of the box, calculate the overall dimensions to insert the components of the speaker circuit, such as the loudspeaker, the on/off button and the charging port (these are indicative, it depends on what your circuit is made of).

To make the coffee and tea compost, you must combine the corn starch with water and cook them over medium heat until it becomes a thick and transparent mixture. Then combine the tea and coffee.

Finally, insert the wooden box inside the plastic mould, which will have larger dimensions, so as to maintain a constant thickness of the coffee paste. As you proceed filling the mould, insert the chopstick so as to incorporate them perfectly. With the mould, let it dry for at least 24h in the sun or near a radiator.

The paste will harden a lot, of course it will have some cracks but you can easly fix your speaker repeating step 2.
