E-coli Culture

Today we are going to do a culture with e-coli bacteria

-2) a petri dish

-3) a cultivation stove

now we will place the bacteria in the petri dish with the fluid and seal the plate

We introduce the petri dish in the stove and turn it on with its conditions suitable for optimal growth, that is, about 20 degrees Celsius and we wait ten days for them to reproduce and form colonies
