Making the Batter

Whisk the three eggs in the bowl, mix the eggs with the mixer until the batter is yellow.
Beware that the egg shells don't fall into the bowl!
When your batter is yellow, you will add the milk and mix it good.
When you mixed it you will add the flour. Don't throw everything in the bowl, throw every time a little bit flour in the bowl. If you add everything at a time you will get lumpy batter.
You will mix just so long until all the lumps are gone.

Baking the Pancakes

Before you will put the batter in the pan you has to throw some butter in the pan, so the pancakes will not burn.
When the butter is hot you can put the batter in the pan with the large spoon, you has to fill the whole pan if you want a big pancake you will put some more batter in the pan and if you want a small pancake you will put just enough batter to fill the pan.
You will wait until the pancake is gold-brown and then you can turn the pancake and if that is gold-brown you can put it on a plate and add some sugar or something else on your pancake.
Enjoy your pancake!
