Dums Dums Wrapper Decoration: Candle Holder Craft
Bring your table to life with this fun and colorful candle holder craft! These candle holders are simple to make, and the colors can be customized to fit into any party ideas or themes you may have! Use colorful ribbon or twine to bring it all together. Your guests will love the dum dums wrapper decoration and appreciate your creativity!
What you’ll need:
• Assorted Dum Dums wrappers
• Glass Candle Holders
• Sponge Paint Brush
• Mod Podge or Craft Glue
• Scissors
• Twine and/or Ribbon
Directions:
1. You'll need Dum Dums wrappers for this craft so carefully unwrap 15-20 Dum Dums. Any of the Dum Dums flavors will work with this craft! You may need more or less depending on the number and size of candleholders you are using.
2. Use the sponge paint brush to paint a layer of craft glue on the outside of your candle holder and then apply your Dum Dum wrappers. Make sure to smooth them out as you go. You may need to trim the wrappers to make them fit your candleholder properly. Once your wrappers are on, apply another layer of Mod Podge (it dries clear) and then let it dry. This can take up to 2 hours.
3. For a nice finish, wrap twine or ribbon around the candle holder.
