Duct Tape Clutch Purse

Hi, in this tutorial I will be showing you how to make this incredibly adorable and easy duct tape clutch!!

Materials

You will need

  • X-Acto knife
  • 2 Colors of duct tape
  • Ruler
  • A4 Paper Cardboard or cutting mat

Take your piece of paper and put your main color of duct tape on the front and the back.

Take your sheet of duct tape and fold about 3 and 3/4 inches. Secure this part with duct tape on two of the sides ONLY. Fold the extra part of the sheet over so that is the cover.

Take a square of duct tape and cut it into a circle.

Take a strip of duct tape about a foot and a half then fold it in half vertically. Now cut small slits through out the whole strip DO NOT CUT OFF THE FRINGE COMPLETELY.

Take your strip of fringe and slowly curl it around the sticky side of the circle. Do this until there is no more stickyness to attach it to. Now cut a small circle about the size of the very center and attach it to the center.

Take a strip of tape about 3 inches long and roll it up so it creates a sticky cylinder. Cut the cylinder in half and put it on the back of the pom-pom and attach it to the cover of the clutch. VIOLA!!! Now you have an adorable duct tape clutch!
