Dry-Rubbed BBQ Pork Chops

In this instructable, I will show you how easy it is to make dry-rubbed bbq pork chops.
Ingredients

For this recipe you will need:
4 bone-in center cut pork chops
1 tbsp light brown sugar
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp allspice
1 tsp chili powder
Only One Bowl!! Easy Clean Up!

Mix all of the seasonings together.
Rub It In

Rub the seasoning mixture over both sides of your 'chops.
Heat It Up


Spray your skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat on medium-high heat.
Cook the pork chops for 2 minutes on each side.
Now Cool It Down (a Little)

Lower the temperature to medium and continue to cook the pork chops for
8 minutes, flipping occasionally.
