Driveway Car Wash

Purpose:
As a part of our Senior Design Project, the client has identified the need for a driveway car wash. The car wash must be able to perform all operations needed for cleaning the car in a size restricted area of an average size driveway. The water supply needed for the wash must be compatible with a standard garden hose and spigot. The main function required of the apparatus is the application of a pre-wash cycle (water), wash cycle (soap), and a rinse cycle (water). Team Shine Driveway Carwash will help resolve the issue of a dirty vehicle and reduce time from using more conventional methods of cleaning a car, such as automatic car washes or “do it yourself” washes at home.
