Take any old hanger and cut off the top of the hanger for the hook. It would be recommended to use some source of fire to soften the plastic and make it easier to cut.

Now cut the top of the bottle for the top of the bottle and have the mouth of the bottle. This would also be recommended to use some source of fire to soften the plastic and make it easier to cut.

Get the piece of cardboard and trace the mouth of the bottle. This would be attached to it so it gives a surface to be taped onto the drawer itself.

I used tape to put together the two items, but if you had a glue gun, that would work as well. Make sure the tape is sturdy and doesn't easily fall off.

Assembling the Main Piece

This is how the mouth piece should look if done correctly. Next is to cut a hole into the cap big enough for the hanger to insert. Now just use double sided tape to attach the mouth of the bottle onto the drawer.

Tape the side the hanger onto the side of the drawer so that the hook faces the drawer itself. Then tape the mouth of the bottle onto the drawer and make sure its applied sturdy enough. To lock the drawer, twist on the cap and insert the hanger into it, and to unlock just simply twist off the cap.
