Dragon Sculpture

This is a tutorial on making a paper mache-ish sculpture like Dragon which could be used in many different ways.

• popsicle sticks
• Cotten swabs
• Cardboard
• Elmer’s School glue
• Wood skewers or craft sticks
• Paper plates
• Toilet paper
• Paper towels
• Masking tape
• Hot glue
• Paper.
• pencil

Here I took two paper plates and cut them into a base shape. Taping them to a piece of cardboard.

Here I wrapped up some paper taping some of it to keep it in place. Using the skewers for a stand by hot gluing them.

So here I just wrapped it in paper towel using watered down Elmers glue and brushing it on with a paint brush.

By cutting some popsicle sticks I hot glued them together and hot glued some cardboard to give it more of a shape.

Here I basically did the same thing.

Cut some paper plate into a shapes you’d like your horns ,ears and other details to look like and hot glue them on. here I also added some cardboard to get a shape of the face I wanted.

Just cut the rim of a paper plate and hot glue it into place.

Use a Cotten swab and cut the ends off to a small circle shape and brush some Elmers glue on them. Next I folded a piece of toilet paper placing it ontop of the head over the eyes and applying watered down Elmers glue to the head.

Cut two sets of toes using Cotten swabs and hot glue them to the foot base. Next I just did a little paper macheing to the hips with paper towels.

Same as I did with the back feet. But here I did apply Elmers glue to all the toes.

Cut paper plate into whiskers and hot glue them to the face. Next I go around paper macheing the whole thing and wait for it to dry.

Next I do one coat of spray paint and it’s done!
