Want something tasty and simple for dinner? Can't decide if you want chicken or pizza? Now, you don't have to! With this simple yet delicious dish you will get the best of both worlds in the comfort of your own home.

Preheat Your Oven

Start by preheating your oven to 350°

Gather Your Materials

You will need the following ingredients/materials:

Boneless Chicken Breast

Lemon Pepper

Parmesan Cheese

Tomato Sauce

PAM Original Spray

Mozzarella Cheese

Bell Peppers (red, orange, yellow, and green)

Pepperoni

Mushrooms

Your Favorite Pizza Toppings

Shallow Plate

Baking Pan

Foil

Paper Towels

Strainer

Cutting Board

Knife

Can Opener

Prepare Your Pan

Oil your baking pan, preferably using PAM original oil spray. Then, pour the tomato sauce into the oiled baking pan.

Rinse and Dry the Chicken

Give the chicken breasts a quick rinse and pat dry each individual chicken breast.

Season the Chicken

Season the boneless chicken breast with lemon pepper.

Coat the Chicken

Using a shallow plate, pour enough parmesan cheese to completely cover the plate. Cover each chicken breast with parmesan cheese by putting it into the plate and flipping it around in the cheese until completely covered with the cheese. After, place each breast into the prepared baking pan and cover the pan with foil.

Bake

Place the pan in the oven and bake for 50 minutes covered.

Rinse Your Fruits

While the chicken bakes, make sure to rinse your fruits thoroughly.

Slicing Toppings

Prepare your toppings by thinly slicing them on the cutting board.

Add Toppings

Take the pan out of the oven and remove the foil. Set the foil aside while you add the toppings. Top the chicken with mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, pepperoni, mushrooms, and any additional pizza toppings that you may like and top with more mozzarella (It's best to do it in this order so that the cheese holds the toppings together). Cover the baking dish with the aluminum foil set aside.

Continue Baking

Place the covered pan back into the oven and bake for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take the pan out of the oven, remove the foil, put the pan back into the oven uncovered and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.
