Double Cheese Potato Gratin Recipe
Ingredients:
750g potatoes
200g gouda cheese
500ml cream
100g parmesan cheese
salt, pepper, paprika, italian spice mix
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut them in small slices. Scatter salt, pepper, paprika, spice mix & parmesan cheese to the cream and stir it together. Place a layer potatoes in a oven form and scatter a bit salt, pepper & paprika on it. Give a bit gouda cheese on every layer and make layers to the top of the form. Pour the cream mix over it. Put the form it the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for 50 minutes.
Finish
Sprinkle a bit cheese on top and put it back in the oven till it look right. Grab a portion and enjoy.
