A wrap is made with a soft flatbread rolled around a filling. The usual flatbreads are wheat-flour tortillas, lavash, or pita; the filling usually consists of seasoned meat or veggies.

In this Instructable, I'll show you how to make a perfect double cheese corn wrap. I'm gonna be using whole wheat parathas as the wrapping bread here, which makes it healthy too.

Prep for the Stuffing

The stuffing is the key part of the recipe, if you go wrong here, then the entire wrap is spoiled. As the name suggests, there's gonna be corn in the stuffing. Usually there is just plain boiled corn in the wrap, but I'm gonna do a little more than that here.

Chop down onions and tomatoes into fine pieces. Also boil some sweet corn and keep it aside.

With all these ready, it's time to cook the stuffing.

Corn Masala

Our stuffing for this wrap is called corn masala, and follow through this step to make a perfect one.

Heat some oil in a pan and add in the chopped onions. Saute the onions till they turn golden brown in color. Now add in the chopped tomatoes and saute till they are cooked. To speed up this process add a pinch of salt as you saute.

Next, add in 1 Tablespoon of red chili powder and 1 teaspoons of sea salt. Stir well.

Add in the corn and stir it well till the flavors get mixed well. Now the stuffing is ready.

The Parathas

I'm using ready made parathas here. They are also called heat n eat parathas.

All you have to do is to heat them on a pan or tawa and enjoy.

So heat them on a flat pan with some butter on it.

I've used some whole wheat parathas here, but you can use any other bread you like.

The Wrap

Now heat the paratha on a flat pan which is lubricated with some butter. Cook it well on both sides by flipping it over and now it's time to add in the stuffing.

Grate some cheese on the parathas. Add a layer of corn masala as shown in the picture and sprinkle some chat masala for a little bit of tangy flavor. Now grate cheese again on the paratha, which is why it's called double cheese wrap.

Now let it cook for a while and then carefully roll it up and your tasty wrap is ready.

Serve Hot !!

Now transfer it on to a serving plate and grate some more cheese on top of it. Serve it hot with some tomato ketchup.

It also tastes perfect with some yogurt dip or some mayonnaise.

Bon Appetit !!
