For preparing yeast to attain fermentation, I followed the instructions given in yeast bottle. It was given for rehydration method add 1 part of yeast to 2 parts of water, 5 parts of flour and pinch of sugar. Our recipe requires 1 tsp of yeast so I added 2 tsp of water, 5 tsp of flour and pinch of sugar and give them 5 minutes for fermentation.

Fact: Do you know why sugar is added, because yeast feeds on it while growing i.e., fermenting

Bubbles Up, Flour Down

Once fermentation process through... hmm how will know its happening... your yeast mixture will bubble up after that add your sifted flour, salt, olive oil and water in stages to form the dough

Yesss it has doubled up in size, give a good punch its like hitting a pillow. Oil the surface in which you are about to knead it and release out the air.

Divide 60:40

Roll out the remaining dough and size it more the 10" inch, I can never roll in perfect circle so I used 10" plate as shape cutter and made it perfect circle

You can add any toppings that are readily available and whatever your heart aches for !!! I recently brought brined olives and jalapeno. Definitely the best ones for pizza toppings. Slice the olives. Cut the capsicum horizontally to obtain the circle portion.

Rained it with golden corn randomly all over the place
