Donut Ice-cream Sandwich in the Pie Maker

Chocolate Drizzled Ice-Cream Sandwich

Makes 4

Packet butter cake mix

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

200mls Soda Water

1 Tbs Milk.

1 cup Caster Sugar

1Tsp Cinnamon

30gm Melted Butter

4 Scoops of Vanilla Ice-Cream

50gm of chocolate chips for melting.

Turn on the Pie maker and wait until heated.

Mix the cake packet, soda water, milk and vanilla together until just combined.

Cook in Pie maker for 10minutes.

Whilst its cooking melt the butter in the microwave.

Mix the cup of caster sugar with the cinnamon on a large plate.

Brush the outside of the donut with the melted butter and then roll in the cinnamon sugar.

Wait until cooled and cut in half with a bread knife.

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave.

Take 1 Scoop of the Vanilla Ice-Cream and place in the centre of the donut. Smooth out with a knife dipped in water.

Place the top of donut on and drizzle with chocolate.

Enjoy.
