Preheat your oven for 350.
Pour all the dry stuff in the mixing bowl and give a few turns with the spoon.
Next add the meat, mayo and other ingredients and get to mixing. (I find that my hand works great for mixing things together, but a spoon will get the job done.)
Form the mix into a loaf shape and pop it in the oven for 30-45 minutes. I always double check with my thermometer. You can pull it out around 175 and expect it to coast up to 180 plus after it rest under foil a few minutes.
Add some corn, mashed potatoes and other yummy sides and you have a new favorite dinner!
