Now Set oven to 180°C ,350°F,gas Mark 4 before you go on to the next step,so that the oven will be ready.
Roll Measure & Cut
Place the biscuit dough between two sheets of grease proof paper to avoid marking with flour and roll out to about 3mm/1/8 inches thickness.Accurately mark rectangles with a ruler, measuring 3cm X 7cm - 1 1/4 X 2 3/4 inches.
Cut out and lift on to greased baking tray. Roll out the dough again as necessary.Make an even number of biscuits, there should be about 48 pieces.Mark a line across the centre with a skewer.Make holes in half the biscuits to represent the Dominoe numbers and don't forget to have a double six to start the game. When making the holes twist the skewer round so that they become big enough for the butter icing to come through.Leave the biscuits on the tray for about 20 minutes to relax, now bake for about 10 -20 minutes.
