Doilies

Doilies are fun, decorative crochet crafts-but I am teaching you to create them with paper.

-One pair of scissors for cutting the paper
-One sheet of paper

First, fold the paper in half. Fold the paper in half again.

Here's my pattern, but you can do pretty much anything with this. First, cut a diamond in the center. Add a triangle and three slits on each side. Cut the edges into a circle if you want. Cut the corners and fold the paper in half again. Cut a triangle. Cut a slit on either side of the triangle and unfold your doily.

If you don't like how it turned out, you can cut another one. If it seems too simple, then you can just re-fold it and cut some more.
