I decided to make a homemade toy for my dog. It is a simple design with two tennis balls connected with a stick. My dog is always wanting new toys so I thought it would be fun for me to make one for her. My goal is to have the toy last a while and bring my dog joy.
Supplies

The supply list is concise, consisting of things I found around my yard. Two tennis balls and a stick are all the supplies needed.
Cut a Hole in Tennis Balls

Using tools I found in my Dad's toolbox I cut holes in both tennis balls. I used an awl and a chisel to cut the holes.
Add the Tennis Balls to the Stick

Using some force I jammed the tennis balls into both ends of the stick, I made the holes small enough so that they wouldn't fall off.
Test It Out

The only way to test my dog toy out was to give it to my dog. My dog seemed to enjoy the toy and it never broke. I would consider this a success.
