Dog Toy
My dog is sad when she doesn't have toys to play with. Using my old jeans, I am able to reuse them and create a long-lasting dog-toy for her to enjoy!
Supplies
- Jeans
- Scissors
- Optional: Sewing machine
- Cut the jeans at their highest points to create long strips (two strips from each leg)
- Cut the inseam and bottom hem off to reduce thickness
- For longer toys, sew jean strips together
- Tie the ends of two separate jean strips together
- Twist both strips in the same direction (left or right)
- Create the first knot by placing the jean strip over the other strip and back under
- Repeat the knotting process from the last step with the other jean strip
- Repeat till out of material
- Tie off the end of the toy with the remaining material
- Finished!
