Doctor Nature: Regrowing Vegetables
Have you ever wanted to regrow vegetable scraps, well guess what you can. In this guide I will show you exactly how to do it with vegetables such as lettuce, onions, carrots and a lot more. Good luck!
Supplies
-You will need:
- vegetable scrap (carrots, onions, lettuce, etc)
- Water
- Saml containers or jars
- Soil (optional)
- A sunny spot
- Plastic wrap or bag
Begin
- Cut the vegetable scrap into the right size, the bottom 2 inches ( depend on the container or jar)
- Put the scrap in the jar, pour enough water to cover about half
The Growing Process
- Check on your scrap every day to see if it has grown
- Change out water every 2-3 days
See if they have grown roots after a week or two

Your vegetable scrap will grow faster and better if its in a sunny environment.
