Diy Dremel Table Saw

Hi there;

I bought a Dremel 3000 a few months ago. But I never used the gravure tip. When I thought of what to do with it, suddenly I came to the idea of making a table saw. So I can cut my PCBs more easily.

Birkaç ay önce Dremel 3000 satın almıştım. Fakat gravür ucunu hiç kullanamadım. Bununla ne yaparım diye düşünürken birden aklıma tezgah testere yapma fikri geldi. Böylelikle pcb'lerimi daha kolay yoldan kesebileceğim.

Dremel 3000

Ikea Dralla cutting board

62 degree meltable thermoplastic (Polymorph)

Some wood screws

Hand Drill

Cable ties

First put the polimorph in a glass bowl and pour boiling water on it.

Wait for the polymers to melt and place the two pieces on your floor wooden by rolling them in your hand.

Then press down on the Dremel engrave to make two sub supports for your saw.

Make four holes in the floorboard.

Use a dremel engraver to scraping the saw blade, approximately 8 cm wide so that the saw blade doesn't touch the floorboard.

Using two plastic cable ties, secure the dremel engrave on the polymorph sub supports.

Zemin tahtası kenarlarına dört adet delik açın.

Testere bıçağının zemin tahtası üzerine değmemesi için dremel gravür kalemiyle yaklaşık 8 cm genişliğinde testere yolu kazıyın.

Add the sideboards as shown in the picture and screw them under the floorboard.

Do not screw the third shortboard because you may need to remove the saw blade before you change it.

Then cut an area for the blade of the saw.Screw the plastic part onto the side.
