Make Your Cylinders

First make your cylinders(put them side to side to make it easier).
Shorten Them.

Make them short and small in the y axis. (about 1.00)
Put Them Next to Eachother.

Take the things that are now small and make them closer together.
Align

Align them so they are aligned to each other.
Make It To-size

Make the x axis to size. (which is 75.00 on all sides.)
Lower X Axis.

The bottom piece is going to be at 70.00 on all sides.

One of my family members loves collecting candles so I made this for a gift. And they were delighted to have this.

most of these are from the printer errors because the platform was a couple degrees off.(axis wise).

We got a correct model and it looks great!
Some More Ideas.
There are more things that I want to make like candle-holders. Is that a good idea?
