Here is one way that I use to hide the ends of the cords I used. The tutorial shown four cords but that should not limit you.

To start make a crown knot. do not pull it tight. I usually tie this in hand but I need two hands to operate my camera

Take any cord and bring it over one cord, under the next and back out of the way.

Tug each end a little to the left and bring it up through the crown knot going under the strand in front of it. Starting with any strand of the final crown knot that you made tighten the knot. As in any tightening DO NOT try to do it in one go. Tighten slowly in several; stages and the results will be more pleasing.
