Well my mother is a diabetic. And loves her hot chocolate.. So she figured out that she needs to watch her sugar intake.

She's not very good at finding her own recipes anymore. And I'm on kind of a moderate health kick watching my sugar intake blah blah blah...

So I decided for a little treat to learn to make her a hot chocolate mix that she can just make. Whenever where she doesn't have to make the whole thing before enjoying her nice warm cup of yumminess!

This is my journey of making this lovely little mix.. hopefully it is as lovely as it sounds.. I haven't tried it.... Anyways.. let's go!

You could mix it with your fork, wisk, spoon or whatever.. I prefer sifting.. Why?!? because I can...

Actually I find that it mixes it together really really well!

you must repeat this step a couple times.. to make sure it all gets mixed really evenly. I did it twice

If you don't have one of those fancy sifters that you just sqeeze and it does it for you, shaking it and a spoon makes it go quicker!

Try It Before You Give It!

No one wants to give or recieve something they can't stomach. If it's something you like to begin with..

Might as well give it a try!

I'm heating up my milk on the stove. Using Skim Milk..
Until it boils.
You know the drill.

Or use water.. or almond milk.. whatever, I'm not picky but you might be
