First, draw your instructable and be sure to add the measurements (VERY IMPORTANT). The first piece you need to cut out looks like a plus shape. Make sure all sides are 12x12. After take panel 5 and cut it till its 6x12cm. Next on panel 1 you're going to make a slight cut (NOT ALL THE WAY THROUGH) or crease to make it fold. Take a look at the photos I have attached.

Next cut 4 6x12cm pieces. After you've done that you're going to glue the faces of the 6x12cm piece and glue it in the corners of the plus shaped cardboard to make the sides stay together. Take a look at the photos. Great now you have all your walls up! From there you will cut out a 4x6cm piece and glue it on panel 2 but make sure it's in the center of panel 5. Take a look at the photos attached.

Final Touches

Now you're going to cut a 6x7.5cm piece and make 8 holes in it using a hand drill (make sure your measurements are correct because that is where you'll be keeping your pencils and pens. After you've done that you will glue it on top, flat down, top right corner. The last piece you will be making is a 12x12cm piece. Once you've cut it out your piece should fit right where it's supposed to (touching the 6x7.5cm piece).
