Desktop Cable Clip

Description:
This model features a structural upgrade based on my previously uploaded model (see image below), eliminating the need for double-sided tape. By appropriately tightening the bolt, it can be fixed to the edge of a desk for convenient storage and use of data cables. This five-slot cable clip version is compatible with almost all mobile phone data cables. Among the five cable slots, two have a diameter of 5.5mm (suitable for thicker fast-charging data cables), and three have a diameter of 5mm (suitable for Apple-type data cables).

The single-color version is normally strong enough. The PETG version offers higher strength; the test material I used was Kingroon PETG.
Printing Instructions:
The first print profile is for the single-color version, and the second print profile is for a dual-color, multi-part printable version with customizable colors. The print time is almost the same. It offers more custom printing options, and setup can be easily done even on mobile devices.
Note:
- Due to the use of support blockers for the threaded structure, it's normal to observe very fine stringing residue at the beginning of the threads.
- Not much pressure is needed to secure the data cables. Over-tightening the device may cause the main body to break.

Design Optimization for Enhanced Structural Strength:
Addressing the specific requirements of the model's print orientation, particularly the tendency for stress on layer adhesion along the Z-axis, I reinforced the structure during the design process. There's no need to worry about structural strength. (But please do not over-tighten...)
I tested different wall configurations using PLA filament and found they did not significantly enhance the model's strength. If you are seeking higher strength, it is recommended to use PETG filament due to its better layer adhesion.
