Desk Stand

Hello this is my project that I have been working on for awhile it is a 3D printed desk stand. This was an interesting thing to creating something that took a couple days. I made a desk stand because well I was sitting at my desk and thought a desk stand would look nice. Tinkercad is the only thing used the grid size is 39.37 x 39.37 inches and every measurement is in inches.

Well a stand is not a stand if there is no base the stand base is 10 x 4 x 2.125 with a radius is 0.05 and has 10 steps. The hole is 8 x 2 x 1.5 to make the hole into the shape you will hold shift and click both then press ctrl + g.

This is the left tower it is two cylinders that are 2.5 inches apart the cylinders have dimensions of 0.75 x 0.75 x 12

To make the curve U that is shown in picture 3 I used a round roof the curve looks better on this then a cylinder. The first round roof is 3 x 3 x 1 and the round roof hole is 2.5 x 3 x 0.875 then you merge them. The second tub at the top is two rounded rectangles with a radius of 0.1 and 10 steps. The first colored one has dimensions of

2.5 x 3.199 x 4.095 and the second hole rectangle has dimensions of 2.25 x 3.036 x 4.119

I believe that the crosses will be a good plug for different modules don't really know how effective they would be. To start the cross is two cubes with dimensions 0.125 x 1 x 1.125 then make a copy turn it 90°. Make a couple copy's of the cross they will go on the left side of the base.

The right tower will be removable to be able to build different things for the right side but this would be the normal one. To start you would make a copy of the cross design to put on the bottom of the round rectangle which has dimensions of 4.75 x 3.5 x 1.5 and the hole has dimensions of 4.25 x 3.5 x 1.875 the hole protrude enough to fit the cylinders onto the square. speaking of the cylinders the cylinders have dimensions of 0.5 x 0.5 x 6. On the top of the cylinders is a rounded rectangle with radius of .5 and has 10 steps with dimensions of 4 x 4 x 2.5. The hole has dimensions of 3.5 x 3 x 2 enough protruding to leave back wall and side walls.

Well after putting it together you are done (:

But the right side is where everything gets fun with the base platform. That you can see in the first picture you can have many different things built on it
