Deluxe Sweet Potato Casserole

Here are all the kitchen tools you will need to make this casserole:
- Large stove top pot
- 9x13 pan
- 1 cup measuring cup
- 1/2 cup measuring cup
- Liquid measuring cup
- Set of teaspoons
- Tablespoon
- Small Mixing Bowl
- Mixing Spoon
- Potato Masher OR Electric Mixer

Here are a list of all the ingredients you will need:
- 5 medium sweet potatoes
- White sugar
- Margarine
- Milk
- Eggs
- Brown sugar
- Flour
- Chopped Pecans
- Mini Marshmellows
Cook Sweet Potatoes

- Peel each sweet potato
- Cut each into medium cubes
- Put into cooking pot
- Cover with water
- Cook on high until soft
- Drain

- Mash potatoes using a potato masher or electric mixer
ADD:
- 1 Cup White Sugar
- 8 Tablespoons margarine
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Eggs
Spread in 9x13 pan. Set aside.
Pecan Streusal Topping

Now to prepare the topping.
In a small mixing bowl add:
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 4 Tablespoons margarine
Mix into a soft, crumbly mixture.
Topping Step 2

Second part to the topping is putting on the sweet potato.
Using a large spoon, scoop the topping onto the casserole in strips, leaving space for the marshmellows
Put into oven preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
The Marshmallows

Now for the marshmallows:
- Remove casserole from oven
- Take 1/2 Cup of mini marshmallows and places them in the empty spaces between the pecan topping.
(Note: as you can see in the picture I used large marshmallows and just cut them in half)
Put back into oven for 10 minutes until the marshmallows are golden.

Once you have taken the casserole out of the oven, let cool slightly before digging in!
