Delicious Tomatoe Soup
You are just out of ideas and do not know what to make tonight for dinner.
So you go to instructables to look for a great meal and... CONGRATULATIONS! You found a delicious meal for tonight.

Get Your Ingredients Together.
You will need:
- two carrots
- two sticks of lettuce
- one onion
- two garlic cloves
- a hand full of basil
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- a spoon of creme fraiche
- some tomatoe paste
- 200 grams of tomatoes
- 500 ml of water
- 150 ml whipped cream
- 350 ml peeled tomatoes
- 350 ml smashed tomatoes
- optionally one or two buillon
Cut Your Ingredients.
Cut all of your ingredients as small as possible. Use a normal kitchen knife to do so.
Put It All Together and Wait.
Put all your ingredients into a pot in the following order:
- olive oil
- onions and garlic
- all the other fresh vegetables (no specific order)
- smashed tomatoes
- peeled tomatoes
- water
- tomatoe paste
- basil
- salt, pepper, sugar (no specific order)
Then let everything cook at a medium to high temperature for half an hour.
Make It Smooth...
Use a mixer to cut all of the vegetables small and make some sort puree.
Start slowly and then increase the intensity to cut the vegetables nicely.
Use a Filter
Pour the puree into a filter to then get the final tomatoe soup.
Serve and Enjoy!
Pour the soup into a bowl and then add creme fraiche and basil on top of it. Done!
