Delicious Skirt Steak Stuffed With Sausage and Gouda Cheese

Just prepare this skirt steak; I'd never done it in this way. I am so surprise of how delicious it was... It became so, but so juicy. A few ingredients, but I got what I want it... the flavor of the steak, but at the same time the sausage one.
Apologize me for my english writing; it is not my primary language. Any doubt, just leave a comment.
Ingredients:

Skirt Steak
Pork Sausage
Gouda Cheese (Will be better a hard texture cheese)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Bacon to Wrap (Optional: I prepare it without bacon)
Flatten Meat

Flatten Skirt Steak until you get about 1/3 "
Seasoning

Season with salt and pepper to taste
Sausage

Remove skin from sausage
Filling

Cover the steak with the sausage and cheese
Roll the Steak

Roll the steak to make a cilinder shape (You can wrap iit with bacon, optional... I choose to keep it without it)
Starting to Cook

Brown the whole steak in a pan at med-high tempeture
Oven

Put the steak in a pan and finish in a, preheated, oven for 15 - 20 minutes at 350 F (up to your desire term). I cooked it for 20 minutes and it was very juicy due to the fat of the pork sausage.
Finishing This Delicious Dish

Let the steak cool for a couple of minutes, then cut it as it appears in the pic or as desire.
The Result

Serve it with the side dish of preference; I prepared "mariquitas" (made with green plantains.)
