Delicious Potato Smash

Hi viewers, here I am with a different type of Food recipe using Potatoes.

This can be added as a main Course of your Breakfast or Lunch or Dinner or anything you wish for.

This takes time and effort to prepare but still it does worth it.

Well it's time to give our mouth some tasty meal.

Ingredients

  1. Potatoes
  2. Onions
  3. Tomato
  4. Green Chilli
  5. Turmeric
  6. Salt
  7. Mustard

Boil the Potatoes

Take the potatoes into a bow and clean them properly.

Now cut them into half and put them inside a pressure cooker, add some water into it and wait for 3 to 4 whistles , if you don't have one then keep it in a boiling container for about 30 minutes.

After then once the whistles are done open the pressure cooker and take out the potatoes.

Now it will be easy for you peal them . Peal the potatoes outer skin.

With any spoon or with your hand smash them properly like there in no sign of any solid potato .

Keep these smash aside fro now.

Chop the Veggies

Chop onions (2)

Tomatoes , one is enough.

Green chili, like about 6 to 7.

Chop these veggies into small pieces and and green chilli into wheels.

Preparing Part : 1

Keep a pan on the Stove and turn on the flame.

Pour a little amount of oil into the pan , once the oil gets heated add mustard into it.

By the time the mustard stops bursting, add onions tomato and green chilli into it.

Keep disturbing the mixture in the pan until onions are a little roasted.

Add a spoon of turmeric and a spoon of Salt into it and keep stirring.

we don't need any chilli power as we are adding Green Chillis.

One the previous step is done.

reduce the flame and add the potato smash that we kept aside into the pan.

Mix it thoroughly all over from top to bottom and bottom to top so the the onions are properly and evenly spread all over.

Serve it and have it with any chapathi or parota or u can even have it as the way it is.
