First, preheat your oven to 375F. melt a tablespoon of butter in the Pyrex in the microwave. Using the brush, paint the muffin cups with the butter. Next, crack 2 eggs into the large mixing bowl. Whisk them until beaten, then pour in 1 cup of milk. After combining the eggs and milk together, pour in 1 cup of flour and 1/4 tablespoon of salt. Don’t pour the leftover butter into the batter as this will prevent the popovers from rising (I did this and they didn’t turn out as well) Whisk it together until moderately smooth, then get out a 1/4 cup measuring cup. Scoop out exactly 1/4 cup of batter into each muffin cup, then wipe away the drips that may have occurred. Put your popovers into the oven, and bake for 30 mins WITHOUT OPENING THE OVEN (very important!).

Enjoy!

Take the popovers out of the oven once done, then prick them with a fork to let the steam escape. Serve with a little butter and cold jam!
