I really like oreos, so I thought why not make oreo bars? I got some inspiration from facebook and just made up what to do as I went along by mixing my 4 favorite candies/cookies.

You will need:

-½ pack of Oreos

-Marshmallows/ marshmallow fluff (I was unsure so I used both but it's probably the same)

-100g White chocolate

-100g Dark chocolate

-25g butter (optional)

Separation

Separate the chocolate in two waterproof, heatproof bowls.

Melt the dark chocolate in a hot water bath.

When it's all melted add your marshmallows/ marshmallow fluff and keep stiring until smooth.

I just guessed how many marshmallows/marshmallow fluff but about 4 marshmallows.

Then you need to pour the mass into a 16x21cm baking dish.

Melt the white chocolate in a hot water bath.

When it's all melted add your marshmallows/ marshmallow fluff and butter (I added the butter to make it more liquid). Then keep stiring until smooth.

Here I only used fluff to get it as smooth as possible but you can use what ever you like.

Then you need to pour the mass into a 16x21cm baking dish.

Adding the Oreos

Chop your oreos and spread them out on top of your mass.

Let them cool.
